1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Faithful Men mobile application ("App") or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Faithful Men is a Christian habit tracking application that helps users build daily spiritual disciplines. The App provides features including daily habit tracking, streak monitoring, group challenges, accountability pods, community forums, and achievement badges.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.
4. Account Registration
To use the App, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Subscription and Pricing
Individual Subscriptions
- The App offers a subscription at $4.99 per month.
- New individual users receive a one-time 7-day free trial.
- Payment information is collected at the time of registration.
- After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew monthly unless cancelled.
- Free trials are limited to one per person. Creating a new account does not entitle you to an additional free trial.
Organization Plans
- Organizations (churches, ministries, groups) may purchase challenge capacity with a one-time payment.
- Single Challenge: $499 (one challenge)
- 3-Pack: $1,200 per year (3 challenges)
- Unlimited: $2,000 per year (unlimited challenges)
- Organization members receive free access to the App for the duration of active challenges.
- After a challenge ends, organization members must subscribe individually to continue using the App.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App or by contacting us at support@faithfulmen.app.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.
- Organization plan payments are non-refundable once a challenge has been created.
- If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged.
7. User Conduct
You agree to use the App in a manner consistent with its purpose as a faith-based community. You agree not to:
- Post content that is abusive, threatening, obscene, or inappropriate.
- Use profane, vulgar, or offensive language in any public-facing content (forum posts, comments, pod messages).
- Harass, bully, or intimidate other users.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the App.
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these guidelines at our sole discretion.
8. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you post through the App (forum posts, comments, messages). By posting content, you grant Faithful Men a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of providing the service.
All other content, including the App's design, features, graphics, and branding, is owned by Faithful Men and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Account deletion will permanently remove your profile, habits, and associated data. Please note:
- Account deletion does not entitle you to a new free trial upon re-registration.
- Any active subscription will need to be cancelled separately.
- Forum posts you have created may remain visible but will no longer be associated with your account.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Faithful Men shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
